GZ Art Happenings – May

This month, we focus on photography with the launch of the annual "CONTACT Festival", a multi location photography festival that focuses on timely works by artists from Canada and abroad. GZ suggests visiting (1) Vogue contributor, Erwin Blumenfeld at Corkin Gallery, (2) Michelangelo Di Battista's collaboration with one of our favourite watercolourists Tina Berning at Alison Milne and (3) Vanity Fair contributor, Erik Madigan Heck at Nicholas Metivier. Toronto's "Door's Open" also returns at the end of the month with a number of exciting locations that will be open to the public, free of charge. Happy Spring!
