To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our workforce and visitors, we are conducting a simple pre-entry screening self-assessment in compliance with Ontario Regulation 364/20, the “Rules for Areas in Stage 3”. Please complete the form before entering.

Everyone will be required to enter through the front door (sanitize and have their temperature checked by Suzanne) and Exit through the back (the back doors will be locked)

There will be sanitizing stations for mandatory use prior to entering the boardrooms, kitchen, using the library and after the washroom

One person is permitted in the bathroom at a time

There will be no access to the gym

Masks are mandatory during all meetings

If you opt to continue working from home, your desktop will remain at home and you can bring your keyboard into the studio for use at a social distanced work station
